Who can come to Hearts Aflame 2009?

Anyone aged 18 to 35 can attend Hearts Aflame 2009

How do I get to and from Hearts Aflame 2009?

All participants need to arrange their own transport to and from Christchurch.

We can provide free pick-ups and drop-offs at the airport, train station or bus depot, etc.

How do I register for Hearts Aflame 2009?

Registration forms can be found in most parish foyers, or diocesan youth ministry offices around New Zealand.

You can download a registration form here and post it back to us, or you can email us and make a bank deposit to officially register for Hearts Aflame 2009

All registrations must be accompanied by either a $50 deposit or full registration fee or they will not be accepted and processed.

Please do not send cash in the mail!

Is there sponsorship available for Hearts Aflame 2009?

If you require financial support to attend Hearts Aflame 2009, we encourage you to personally contact your parish priest, youth leader or diocesan youth ministry office and speak to them about this.

Most parishes are happy to provide financial support to their young adults who wish to attend Hearts Aflame.

From time to time Hearts Aflame is given donations specifically for sponsorship of participant registration fees, but this is not guaranteed or consistent, and most participants seek and gain sponsorship from other sources.

What happens once I am registered for Hearts Aflame?

You will receive a confirmation email once your registration for Hearts Aflame 2009 has been received, processed and accepted - if there are any problems with your registration you will be made aware of these at this time.

You will also be sent a copy of the Hearts Aflame code of conduct before Hearts Aflame.

Closer to the time of Hearts Aflame you will receive an email asking you to log on to the website and choose the lecture streams you wish to attend at Hearts Aflame 2009.

You will also receive an email with detailed information about Hearts Aflame 2009 and what you need to bring to the school.
